Secret Agent Party Part 2 : Activities for 3-5 yr olds

My son really wanted a Secret Agent Party, but the challenge was to make the activities doable for 3-5 year olds. They were are all too young to “crack codes” or solve mysteries… most can’t read yet, so I decided that learning to be a Secret Agent at a special academy would be fun.
